Hours
The office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm to schedule appointments.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for care. Advise our office of the emergency as soon as possible.

If you are not an established patient but are interested in a consultation, please contact our office to arrange for an appointment.
Billing
We accept Medicare assignment, PPO's, and POS plans. We bill most insurance plans on your behalf. We also accept Visa and Master Card. If you have any questions regarding your insurance plan please feel free to speak with our billing person at (760)730-0163.
