Dr. Zalman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Cardiovascular Diseases, and is Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology. He has been in private practice for over twenty years. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA, where he was elected to the honors society, Phi Beta Kappa. He subsequently attended UCSF School of Medicine in San Francisco, where he was elected to the medical honors society, Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at UCLA, and went on to specialize in Cardiology at UCSD School of Medicine. At Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, he did advanced training in Complex Coronary Angioplasty. Dr. Zalman specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases, Cardiac Catheterization, Coronary Angioplasty and Intracoronary Stent Placement.
